if a biological father gives a child up for adoption and the father subsequently dies...does that child have any rights to the estate. (There may or may not be a will)

The child may have inheritance rights (even without a will) if the inheritance rights were not surrendered. Unless specifically requested, I never surrender the inheritance rights. If this is big $$$, better get a lawyer.
