evicting an heir
my 2 brothers occupy our late parents house . parents died intestate,in texas. one brother has abuse,damaged heavily the house and moved in friends.

Contact an attorney to file an heirship proceeding and get you appointed as administrator. You can then sell the property and divide the proceeds accordingly. The attorney may allow the fees to be deducted from the sale proceeds so you are not out-of-pocket.
