Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas
The executer of my fathers estate along with partys representing the estate omitted several assets that should have been listed as part of the probate property .My main consern at this time is the illegal sales of.registered fire arms(a small arsonal actually). If people were added to penafitt from my fathers estate after his death does that not make oruiginal will null and void?
