Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

execution of a will

What is the legal protocal for executing a will? There is a power of attorney - which it states in the will for her to split it fair and equitable. She has liquidated assets(furniture, cars...) and we received the first check. However, is she required to show us the bank account statements, exactly what was liquidated - if so when?

Re: execution of a will

Not sure what you are talking about. Executing a Will refers to the formal signing of a Will. A Power of Attorney is only good before the person dies. She who?

You need to talk to a probate attorney.
