Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

If the executor of an estate is participating in a sport where he could kill or injure a bystander and thus later sued by that party...would the estate be at risk for any monetary judgement, because the executor isn't insured to protect the estate from these situations? Does the executor need to protect the estate in this situation?

The estate can't participate in any sport, so no, the estate would not be liable for the sins of the executor.
