Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas
executor
I am executor of my fathers living turst. He has everything set up with an equity company that has everything set up so his banking account, home, car and everything is included. He has his interest money sent to him to live off of along with his SS. My mother passed away a year ago and her name is still on the banking account along with other things. When my father passes away will I be able to sign his name to checks to pay for the necessary things that will need to be paid for? I have ask his persons that have this set up for him about changing the account so my name will be on it or can at least sign checks. It is a living Trust. They said whats the need? I explained and they said it was not nescessary. Ture or not?
Thanks in advance
