My father passed away and I have not been in touch with him for some years.I am on the will as a benificiary.How long does the executor have to notify me of what is going on with the will?It has been 4 weeks and nobody has notified me of anything.Do I have any rights to see the will?

Most wills are not probated within 4 weeks. You could start the process by filing the probate yourself and call for production of the will. Might be a good idea to meet with a lawyer to go over all your rights and obligations.
