executor resigned but not property

uncle became executor in 9/2007, resigned in 12/2007, still has name as trustee on deed. am co trustee with a bitch sister, each have attorneys, but estate isnt getting done, while i pay all bills and live in property, going broke, how to speed things up? estate is very small, aint worth more than 80,000 so why is lawyers stalling?

How do you know it's the lawyers that are stalling?

Anytime the other sides have attorneys, you really need one, too. Find a good probate attorney in your area and sit down and go over all the details of this matter with him or her.
