Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas
When the executor of the will -who is the husband of the deceased -hasn't yet probated her will and refuses to let me see a copy of the will knowing that I am named in the will how do I find out what has been designated to me? Texas is the state .

If he refuses to probate the will, you can go to court and make an application to have him deliver the will to the court clerk. He will then have to either produce the will, or explain to the judge why he hasn't produced it.
