Executor's expenses - heirs' access to
If one heir is named executor and incurs expenses during probate, do the other heirs have the right to review the list of expenses before reimbursement? If so, can they challenge items on the list?

Yes and yes. They will probably need to get an attorney to file a motion to obtain the info and make the challenge.
