Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas
Can an executrix of a will be disqualified in the state of Texas by a third party's objection because of treatment for depression 30 years ago? The person has had no further treatment or problems.

That's pretty weak. You would have to convince the judge that the person was unfit to act as an executor. Some treatment more than a quarter of a century ago would probably not fit that definition.
