Family Fraud in Texas

My sister died at the age of 68 without a will. Before she passed she was persuaded to sign over her property by relatives so that she could receive government assistance. My sister was taken antidepressants and Davocet to name a few of the drugs during this time. Being her only next to kin, I a sue the relatives to reclaim my sister's property?

You can sue but can you win? You have posed a factual situation which, on its face, may have some merit. However, proving a matter such as this is very difficult. I would encourage you to contact a lawyer in order to develop more facts. I presume the government program you are referring to is Medicaid.
