Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

My family is from Texas. My Grandfather passed away recently. My Mother is the Exectour of his estate. She was also manageing his finances before his passing untill my Grandfather found she was using his credit card and Social Security payments for her own personal use in the amount of $60,000.00. My Grandfather removed her from managing his finances and appointed my Daughter. He was also planning on making my Daughter his Executor before his passing. We would like to know how we would go about having my mother removed from being Exectour of his estate and my Daughter appointed.

Hire a lawyer...and ask your mother to resign or go to the lawyer with you..it has to be done in Court
