Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas
My family is from Texas. My Grandfather passed away recently. My Mother is the Exectour of his estate. She was also managing his finances before his passing untill my Grandfather found she was using his credit card and Social Security payments for her own personal use in the amount of $60,000.00. My Grandfather removed her from managing his finances and appointed my Daughter. He was also planning on making my Daughter his Executor before his passing. We would like to know how we would go about having my mother removed from being Exectour of his estate and my Daughter appointed.

You would have to file a motion in probate court to remove the executor "for cause."
