Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

my father was deathly ill in 2002 and later recovered...he just passed away April 7,2012. when I met with my aunt for the funeral arrangements she admitted to there being a will. this will was dated may 7,2002 she said it was being probated she was avoiding me until I asked her for a copy of the will this will had money he does not currently have anymore and along didn't list my brothers car his timeshare etc is this still valid is there anything I can do..

The will is valid unless there is a subsequent will revoking it. If a will bestows a specific gift that cannot be fulfilled like a million dollars to the king of France, the gift lapses. Most wills have a residuary clause to cover property not specifically mentioned in the will.
