father died with no will

my father passed away 3 mos ago with no will he was divorced from my mother and had remarried they were married for seven years when he died he has land and other assets tools that are expensive as well as cars and trucks and tractors a house and furnishings i have one brother and two sisters and he also has 2 granddaughters what happens to all this stuff what rights does this wife have who gets what. thanks for your help

You first need to have a determination of heirship. After the heirs are determined, then the probate code sets out exactly who gets what of both spearate proeprty adn community property. Get a lawyer and get started. It takes time and is somewhat expensive
