If my father dies before his father does, do I still get my fathers share being his daughter when my grandfather dies?

yes unless a will of your father or grandfather excludes you

Assuming no will, then the grandfather's assets would pass to ALL of grandfather's children. The shares that would go deceased children of your grandfather would pass to ALL of such deceased children's children.
