Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

My father in law passed away. The oldest sister in law was left in charge. She says the will is incomplete then changed the answer to will missing. I don't believe her and the attonery should have a copy, but she won't give her brother or me the name of the attonery. There is a rather large estate and since the sisters in law hate me and stated they will never let me in the house, I feel they may be trying to keep their brother in the dark.

If no will..no one is "in charge"....but if one takes charge the Probate Court is where all info is kept..so call the County in which he died and resided at time of death for the records of filing..it will show the will, if any, or the estate being presented..and if in Dallas County, have your spouse call us..or hire a lawyer wherever u are to file probate and become the administrator in charge
