Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas
My father left no will.I am the only child.He had 2 brothers and one sister. Who gets my father's estate?They are already fighting about them recieving everything between them only.Where does that leave me?

Get a lawyer, now. Although you may be legally entitled to his estate, your rights are not self-enforcing. The answer to your question depends on how the property was held during your father's life. For example, if your father had a life estate in the property, or had designated a beneficiary, then the instrument would control.
