Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

My father passed away in January, the will went to probate court in February. I have not received a copy of the will so contacted the county clerk at the courthouse where it was probated, she said I could view the will online and she walked me through it. I was able to view everything BUT the will. Just a blank page. Could you please tell me why I didn't have access to the will? I also read that February was the deadline for anyone to contest the will, none of the heirs have seen the will or have been contacted. How can this be?

You can go down to the courthouse and ask to see a paper copy of the will. If you saw the application, the final page of the application should have the lawyer's contact information. Contact the lawyer's office and ask them for a copy. (If you're an heir, you should get a copy anyway.)
