Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

My father passed away about 6 months ago, he had a will from before my mother passed away and left everything to my sister and I. He never revised once he remarried, however he did change the beneficiary on his 401k and IRA accounts, plus they had joint checking and savings accounts. The house was paid for by my mom and dad way before he met his second wife. Do my sister and I have any rights to any of his estate since in his orginal will he left everything to us?

It is likely that you and your sister have rights under the will. I am assuming that the will is valid, and hasn't been revoked. The new wife may have rights to any community property interest of her own, and she may have occupancy rights in the real estate. This is a fact specific question, and i can't be more helpful unless I read the will myself.
