Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

father passed away and he remarried and re-did his will the yr before he died. our question is it looks like the attorney just changed her name to his and he signed it. He had no children with her but written on the will was indicated to go to his three daughters, which are her children. We feel that he signed it because the wife told him to. He has 2 biological children that are not even mentioned. Would we be able to challenge the will? We are the biological children asking

You may be able to contest the will. You need to see a probate attorney to review the details and and applicable law..
