father passed & step mother problem
My father passed, left two business, am I entitled to any of it or does she keep it to make a living? What do I do?

DId your father have a will? Or a business succession plan? Did the step mother participate in the business? Is she a part owner? If you can't tell by my questions, there isn't a simple answer. I suggest you call a lawyer immediately.

If your father didn't have a will, then you are entitled to your share of the businesses. See a lawyer.
