my father pasted away in porter texas He did not have a will.Is my step mother intitle to everthing,home,cars.truck,boat,pentin,cash,live insueance,ect.

No. Without a will, all of his separate property and his portion of the community property would go to his children outside of the marriage and any biological children within the marriage. She would retain a life estate in the homestead, so the home can't be sold, and funds distributed, until she dies or moves to another homestead. Life insurance will go to the designated beneficiary in the policy. You will need an attorney to probate heirship in Texas. My sympathy on the loss of your father.
