Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

My father recently died and to the best of my knowledge has a will, but I have never seen a copy. He and his spouse (stepmother) have a home, but no other real property. The house is in my father's name. If he did not specify in the will that the house was to be left to my stepmother, do I have any legal rights to the home?
