Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas
My father would like to set up a POA in Texas where his daughters live but he resides in Las Vegas, Nevada. Will the POA be valid in both states?

Possibly. The better practice is to have the POA drawn up in his home state (NV) and then just have it executed in Texas. If he has property in TX as well, you can have him execute two POAs, one in TX, and one in NV provided that they both grant the power to the same person.
