Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

My Father's Aunt passed away in 2006, her estate sold and monies in probate since no will was written, my question is my Father passed away and there are 6 of his kids heirs to my aunt's estate, my fathers brother who is still alive also has a daughter still lives that are also heirs, will the monies in probate be divided equally amongst all 8 of us?

Assuming aunt has no husband, parents, or children living, then her estate would be divided in equal shares among her siblings. From there, if any sibling is dead, the children of that sibling share that portion. If a sibling is alive, it stops there.
