Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

Fathers Death with out a Will

My dad passed away about 7 years ago. He lived in Texas. He did not have a will. He was remarried. What are my legal rights to his estate at this time, since I did not take action at the time of his death?

If there is property in the estate, maybe it's still there. Consult an attorney in the county where your father died to learn how to effectively proceed.
