Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

Father's remains

My father passed away 3 yrs ago and his wife had him creamated with out our consent. She does not let me visit his remains or keep me informed of anything. Now she has a man living with her and I want my father out of that house. What are my rights as his child. He did not have a will or estate planning nothing in writing.

Your step mother didn't need your permission to cremate your father's remains. She will also stay with your father's ashes regardless of how many men come to the house because she is your father's widow. Sorry.
