Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

Fathers will

My father passed away may 21st

he left a will with me dated 3/20/2003. But my oldest brother has a will dated 9/05/2005. He took over and never informed me or my other brother about his illness. Everytime we went to see him, he had given him morphin so he would be asleep. When he died my oldest brother never called us to tell us, instead he called my oldest daughter, and told her to tell me. My father was not a rich man and in his will he wanted everything split between the three of us, but my brother is not going by my fathers last wishes. My question is my will legal or is his.

Re: Fathers will

The last dated will is the one that controls as long as it's valid. You should get to see it when it is probated. You may have to look for it at the courthouse.
