Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

Fathers will

I cant find my fathers will, but my husband has seen it, in his mothers room and it states that every thing goes to her the only daughter but i am the only daughter.

She was his care givier and had him thinking some time that she was his wife and other times that she was his daughter.

The will was suppose to read that the land my dad had would be sold and put in a account for my daughter at the time and any other kids i had.

My oldest girl asked about it at 18 she said that she changed it to 21 and then at 21 she asked again and that was when she said there was no money but she had started a account and was putting money in it herself and she would get it at 25, that is three years from now and i already know what she will say at that time.

my said had a lot of land and i want ti know what happen to it and where the money went.

i have papers that said she was the attorney in fact for the land.

i need to find the will to prove what she has done, i was young and dumb and trusted her. what can i do?

Re: Fathers will

Your message is a little confusing. Was your husband's mother your father's wife? You really should talk to an attorney. Many, like myself, will provide a free initial telephone consultation to "diagnose" the problem.
