What agency do you file a Last Will,

If the will is for a deceased person, then the appropriate thing to do is file the will for probate in the probate court of the county in which the person lived, died, or owned property. If the will is owned by a living person, then there is no requirement that it be filed. Most people keep them in safe deposit boxes. You can optionally file it with the county clerk's office.
