Can I file a will and a death certificate on my own in a county in Texas through the mail. How would I do this.

Thank you.

No. It also requires filing an application with certain statutory requirements, publication, and a prove-up. If you would like a complimentary telephone consultation to assess your needs, please email me and we can set up a time.

I'm not quite sure what you're trying to accomplish. If you need to submit a will for probate, there is more to it that just mailing it somewhere. In most cases you will need to "prove up" the will in court. There are several ways to do this, and the types of actions available in probate court depend on the facts of the case.
