Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

filing of a will

I am trying to find out if a will is valid if it is not file-marked by the clerk. In other words, the lawyer who drew it up did not file it at the Court. Please help.

yes..wills do not have to be filed with any court before death but after death does to be probated
