how do i find my dads will i know he has one. why does his second wife get it all without it being justified can i stop it.

Check the local probate clerk's office to see if they filed probate. If probate has been filed, you can request to view the will there. If it doesn't look legit, call and attorney to contest. If they haven't filed probate, call an attorney to find out if there are any right and protect them.
