Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

Cannot find Will

My uncle died and his will has not been found. He supposedly had a will where he left everything to only one of his sisters who is now deceased. If the will is found, will everything go to her surviving husband and children or two my uncles surviving sister and brother?

That depends on what the Will says. Many have "if whoever should predecease me" clauses.
