when a forcloser happens just how long do the previsous owners need to evacuate in the state of texas law?

Until evicted...which requires notice from lender of at least three days, then a hearing before a justice of the peace which normally happens in a month and then one may be evicted by th JP with 3 days to go...so don't leave but try to work out an arrangement with lender..and remember..once you get the notice ..you have the right to a court hearing before a justice of the peace..and hte lender has to request the hearing..so calmly try to work it out....
