Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas
Foreclosure
I am the executor of my father's will. My brother who is 45 had been living with my father this past year (he did not pay rent). He want to pay the monthly mortgage payments. Am I or the estate liable if he forecloses?

you should hire a lawyer to probate the will..and ask him..if you have a lwyr who did probate the will, had you named as executor...ask him...this is a delicate question and you should have a lawyer with all the facts to advise you
