Foreclosure of a house on heir property that is not divided.
f one heir owes taxes on her house on heir property and is deliquent with her taxes can the property be involved as far a with the foreclosure of the house.

The house as listed on the tax rolls can be forclosed for delinquent taxes and sold subject to the state of title. The person acquiring the property at the tax auction could then seek to have the property partitioned.
