Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

I am looking for the form and I don't know what it is called if someone wants to give up his rights to a will. He was left an inheritance and would like to give it up.

It's called a disclaimer or maybe an assignment depending on a number of factors. Suggest you talk to a lawyer.
