Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

What form can be submitted to and be approved by a Dallas County, State of Texas court that would direct the release of bank account funds to the executor of a will. The deceased owned no real property and the will is not probated. (There's not enough cash in the bank account to cover the cost of probating the will.) The bank account is the only asset of the deceased.

You have to probate the will or use small estate affidavit if the bank will accept the latter.
