Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

found grandparents will

My grandparents died in 1998 and 1999, and they had a will. They left my mother as the exec. of the estate. she howeverr died before both of them in 1996. We as in, myself and 3 other siblings we also listed as well in the event they pass it would beleft to us. we saw it growing once or twice as times were changing. Trough cleaning out things in the house that is still occupied, the will was found. Could it still be probated?

no the estate must be probated if there are assets to distribute..wills must be probated within 4 years of death..
