Tell my friend where to get a transcript

My friend, also 74, disabilities, needs to locate what exact address she must go to to requests two transcripts. She has the money to pay for them. The style of the first case is Jerome T. Ragsdale v. M. Brown Independent Executrix, estate status DEC'D,July 27, 78, 7802246T. Second is 8007818D-O CL B&T Co b,M. Brown et al debt note, details Steven Mark Ragsdale, July 29, 1980. Your friend should touch bases with the courts that handled those cases. The transcript would be with the court reporter that handled the case. Unless someone already had ordered a transcript, the reporter's shorthand notes, if they still exist, would have to be transcribed.

The place to start is the courthouse where these cases were filed. I'm not sure what kind of transcript she wants, but 25-27 year old files are pretty difficult. Good Luck
