Does a Full Power of Attorney over ride a Will and Testament

I'm not sure what you're asking me. A power of attorney allows someone to sign the name of someone else on legal documents. However, that power of attorney dies when the power grantor dies. A will distributes a person's property upon that person's death. With the exception of some contractual wills, wills have no meaning during the person's lifetime.
