Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

My Grandmother died approximately 41/2 years ago and I received a copy of the will, but it looks fraudulent. The estate was never probated. I applied for legal aid, but they told me nothing could be done. But, I consulted with a local attorney and he said a munument of title could be done if the time period had passed. Can I do this by myself or with a student attorney?

You can do it by yourself, but it depends on the County. You cannot have a law student do it for you, it would be practicing without a license.
