My grandmother gift deed mineral interest to my uncle their both deceased
now does it stay with my grandmother's heirs or my uncle's children are entitled to the royalties?

Short answer is that it goes to his heirs. This is true if she granted him the full interest of her mineral rights. Other issues could also change the answer. You should contact an attorney in your area if you have reason to believe you may have an interest in the mineral rights.
