Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas
My Grandmother passed away in September of last year. She had a will which left everything to her three children, my Dad, my Aunt and my Uncle. The will is still in probate. My Father passed away last month. Who should receive his portion? His new wife or me and my siblings?
