Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas
My Grandmother passed away 10 years ago and left my sister as executor of her trust in which I am a Beneficiary. Some of the estate has been distributed but a large portion has not. I was never given any copies of the will or trust. The trust was original drawn up in Texas but the executor is in Indiana. How and where do I need to go to get a copy of these documents if the executor is unwilling to supply me with a copy?

If a will was probated, go to the county of residence of your Grandmother when she died. It is was a trust, no probate may have occured. If you feel the amount is substantial, hire a lawyer and probate the estate as the will would be void if not probated..Call if we can help
