Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas
my grandmother past away the mobile home i am living in is under her name i make payments and moved it to my property she just signed all contracts at the sale but statemenst come in under her name and c/o my name what can i do to keep the home when it is paid off

If a will is probated, get it done thru probate attorney..if not, contact financing company and get it done now..
