Grandmother's will
My Grandmother died about a year and a half ago. I have heard nothing about the will. Is there a certain time limit to notify someone? My uncle is the executor. Can he try to keep my share from me?

With control of the estate, he could certainly waste any possible distributions. You have the right to ask for an accounting. If it's worth it to you, I suggest you contact a lawyer.

Re: Grandmother's will
Your uncle can try to keep your share from you. If you believe your grandmother's will has left you an interest in her estate, contact a lawyer in the county where she resided.
